I am considering doing a horror trailer, and so I have been looking out for trailers of new, recent, upcoming horror films. As you can see in the trailers for The Conjuring and The Curse Of Chucky, the trailers both begin with a light hearted feel, in that there is no dark occurrences. However, the music becomes more intense, as the trailer quickly gets a more sinister side. A lot of 'drops' and loud sounds are used to make the viewer jump- this is to make the film seem even more scary and engaging, and so this is something that I will do when it comes to creating my trailer.
